Our Story
Park City Hummingbird Hospital was founded as a wildlife rehabilitation center in Park City , Utah in July of 2022. We originally specialized in Hummingbirds and after numerous requests from the community, added bats, all migratory birds, and small mammals to our list of wildlife species that we provide emergency care for. Our missions is to rescue, rehabilitate, reunite and release orphaned and injured wildlife in Utah. Our wildlife rehabilitation center provides hands-on environmental education and citizen science initiatives to inspire a sense of wonder and foster the protection and conservation of the amazing wildlife that lives in Utah. Our Raptor Renesting Program is the first in Utah and works to reunite owls and hawks with their parents through new nest construction and assessment in the field.
